鸿运巧克力蛋糕 Fortune Chocolate Cake

材料
Bunga Raya Ku’s (Quicku) Instant 3 Ways
Chocolate Moist Cake 预拌粉320克、
清水1碗、Bunga Raya Ku’s Chocolate 巧克力粒100克、烘焙巧克力200克、淡奶油300克、
Florentine 脆饼 150克(捣碎)

做法
1.将Bunga Raya Ku’s (Quicku) Instant 3 Ways Chocolate Moist Cake 预拌粉倒入大碗内,加入1碗清水,搅拌均匀。
2.加入Bunga Raya Ku’s Chocolate 巧克力粒拌匀,倒入6寸大的蛋糕模型内。
3.放入预热至175℃的烤箱内,烤45分钟或插入的牙签干净即可。
4.在量杯内,将烘焙巧克力加入淡奶油,放入烤箱煮至溶解。
5.将巧克力酱涂抹在蛋糕上,铺上捣碎的
Florentine脆饼,完成。

Ingredients:
320g Bunga Raya Ku’s (Quicku) Instant 3 Ways
Chocolate Moist Cake Premix,
1 bowl water, 100g Bunga Raya Ku’s Chocolate Chips,
200g baking chocolate, 300g whipping cream,
150g Florentine biscurts (chopped)

Method:
1. Arrange Bunga Raya Ku’s (Quicku) Instant 3 Ways Chocolate Moist Cake Premix into big bowl, add in water and mix well.
2. Add in Bunga Raya Ku’s Chocolate Chips, stir well and pour the cake catter into 6 inch cake mould.
3. Bake into preheat oven 175℃for 45 minutes, or inserted the toothpick comes out clean.
4. In a measument cup, mix baking chocolate with wipping cream, melting in the oven.
5. Fill the cake with the chocolate mixture.Lastly decorate the cake with chopped Florentine biscurts, coat evenly round the cake, done.
